Simply Healthy Academy

You don't need to spend the next six months trying to figuring out your hormones and body by yourself.

You need enough time, the right information, and the right people in your corner to turn everything you know about your health into a plan that actually changes it.

Simply Healthy Academy is six months of personalized integrative health support, functional testing, strength + movement coaching, and mindset + behavior support—all designed around your body and your actual life.

Next cohort begins October 5th • Limited enrollment

You've been the one responsible for figuring this out for long enough.

You're the one researching the symptoms.

Remembering what happened when.

Trying to decide which recommendation to follow.

Wondering whether that new symptom means something.

Trying something. Waiting. Evaluating. Changing course.

And somehow you're also supposed to figure out which lab matters, what that result means, what to eat, which supplements to take, how to exercise, how to manage your stress, how to sleep better...

...while working, raising kids, maintaining relationships, and presumably having a fucking life.

What if you didn't have to be the person holding all of those pieces anymore?

What if instead of another round of figuring it out alone, you had a team who had enough time with you to learn your body, investigate what we actually need to investigate, help you decide what matters, and stay with you long enough to see what happens next?

That's Simply Healthy Academy.

Maybe you already know your hormones are involved.

Maybe you've learned about your gut, cortisol, blood sugar, thyroid, minerals, inflammation, nervous system, or nutrient status.

Maybe you have folders full of lab results.

Maybe you can explain your cycle better than most people can explain their jobs. 😂

But information isn't the same thing as a plan.

And a plan isn't the same thing as having someone there long enough to see whether the plan is actually working.

Because your body isn't static.

You make a change. Your body responds.

Life happens.

Symptoms shift.

New information shows up.

Something that seemed incredibly important at the beginning turns out not to be.

And sometimes you casually mention something three weeks in and I stop you mid-sentence:

“Wait. Go back. Tell me more about that.”

Those are the things a one-hour appointment, another Google search, or a stack of lab results can't always give you.

Context takes time.

And you deserve care with enough time built into it to actually get some.

Because knowing a lot about your health and knowing what to DO about it are two very different things.

Personalized health shouldn't mean receiving a personalized PDF and then being left to execute it alone.

There is absolutely a time and place for protocols.

There are times when your lab results may show me something very specific that we need to address therapeutically.

The problem isn't having a protocol.

The problem is expecting one snapshot of your health to tell us everything we need to know for the next six months.

Inside SHA, your recommendations can evolve as you do.

We can investigate.

Make a decision.

Implement it.

See how your body responds.

Adjust.

And keep moving.

You're not starting over every time something changes.

We're learning from it.

Feeling better shouldn't require becoming a full-time wellness project.

You don't need four hours every morning for the perfect routine.

You don't need to eat perfectly.

You don't need to hit every health metric every day.

And I have zero interest in seeing how restrictive, disciplined, or “optimized” we can make your life.

The best protocol in the world is useless if you can't live it.

Your health has to work on the Tuesday when somebody's kid is sick.

During the work trip.

On vacation.

During the stressful month.

When you want pizza.

When you miss a workout.

When life does what life does.

We're not trying to build a life around your health.

We're building health that supports the life you actually want to live.

Imagine if six months from now...

You wake up and your first thought isn't assessing how shitty you feel.

You know how to feed yourself without turning every meal into a health equation.

You have energy left for your kids, your relationships, your work—and yourself.

Your cycle isn't something you dread every month.

A weird symptom can happen without sending you into a four-hour research spiral.

You know what your body tends to need and what signs are actually worth paying attention to.

Movement feels like something that makes your body stronger—not another way you've failed at being healthy.

You aren't constantly wondering whether you should add another supplement, remove another food, run another test, or overhaul everything again.

And when something does change?

You know how to respond without immediately assuming everything has fallen apart.

The goal isn't to get really f*cking good at managing your health.

The goal is to feel good enough that you get to go live your life.

💚 This is Simply Healthy Academy

Six months. Three coaches. One body. One coordinated approach.

SHA is my high-touch integrative health program for women who are ready to stop carrying the entire responsibility of figuring out their health by themselves.

And you're not just getting me.

I created and lead Simply Healthy Academy, and I oversee the integrative health side of your care.

But I intentionally built a team around you because truly holistic care shouldn't mean one practitioner pretending to be the expert in absolutely everything.

It's not just looking at your whole body.

It's having the right people looking at the whole person.

Meet Your Coaches

Three women with their profile descriptions and photos, each featured in a circle, on a background with three color blocks (green, brown, and beige).

Three different areas of expertise.
One woman we're all supporting.

This isn't three coaches handing you three unrelated lists of shit to do.

We're part of the same program, working toward the same goal: helping you feel better without making health your entire personality.

Why six months?

Not because I want to hand you a six-month protocol.

Because we want six months with you.

We want enough time to actually know you.

To see how your body responds.

To review your labs in the context of everything else we know.

To make changes without changing seventeen things at once and having no idea what worked.

To adjust when something isn't working.

To answer the questions that inevitably come up.

To see you through the week when everything goes beautifully and the week when life goes completely sideways.

And to help you turn everything we're learning into something you actually know how to live.

That's very different from handing you a plan and scheduling another appointment six weeks from now.

Data With A Purpose

Woman holding health reports at a wooden desk, with books, a laptop, a smartphone, a notebook, and a green smoothie nearby.

We don't test everything. We test what helps us make better decisions.

Functional testing can be incredibly valuable.

But a lab result isn't a strategy.

That's why testing inside SHA isn't about running every possible marker and creating the longest list of abnormalities we can find.

We use testing to answer questions.

Your comprehensive functional testing package may include:

Organic Acids Testing (OAT)

A broad look at metabolic patterns and markers that can give us additional information about areas such as nutrient metabolism and certain microbial/metabolic byproducts.

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)

A look at mineral patterns that gives us another piece of information to consider alongside your symptoms, nutrition, history, and other testing.

Hormone Testing

Additional information about your hormone patterns that we interpret alongside your cycle, symptoms, age, history, and the rest of your case.

But here's the part that matters most:

You don't receive a stack of results and a list of everything that's “wrong.”

I interpret those results in the context of what I've already learned about you.

Then we use them to make decisions.

Testing isn't the strategy.

It's information we use inside the strategy.

And if you come into SHA with recent, useful testing already in hand?

I'm not going to make you repeat something just because it's included in a package.

We'll determine what information we actually need.

What six months inside SHA actually gives you

PERSONALIZED INTEGRATIVE HEALTH STRATEGY

So you're not piecing together nutrition, symptoms, supplements, labs, and hormones on your own.

COMPREHENSIVE FUNCTIONAL TESTING

When appropriate, we'll use targeted functional testing to give us information we can't get from symptoms alone.

WEEKLY LIVE COACHING

Because six weeks is a long damn time to sit with a question when your body is changing now.

BETWEEN-CALL SUPPORT

Questions don't conveniently occur during appointments. You have a place to ask them when they actually come up.

STRENGTH + MOVEMENT COACHING

So movement becomes part of supporting your body—not punishment, another impossible standard, or something you keep meaning to figure out later.

LIFE + MINDSET COACHING

Because behavior change happens inside a real life with stress, relationships, responsibilities, beliefs, and approximately 900 competing priorities.

EDUCATION + RESOURCES

You'll understand the why behind what we're doing without needing another degree in functional medicine to participate in your own care.

A TEAM THAT ACTUALLY KNOWS YOU

So you're not explaining your entire health history from scratch every time you need help.

AND YES—THIS CAN ACTUALLY FEEL DIFFERENT.

Women don't come into SHA because they need more health information.

They come because they want their lives back.

I don't want you dependent on me forever.

I want you to leave SHA knowing your body better than you did when you came in.

I want you to understand why we made the decisions we made.

I want you to recognize your patterns.

I want you to know which things actually matter for you.

And I want you to have enough confidence in your body that every imperfect meal, stressful week, weird symptom, or less-than-“optimal” lab doesn't make you think you've fucked everything up.

I've spent years studying functional medicine, holistic nutrition, psychology, hormones, gut health, minerals, stress, behavior change, and how these systems interact.

But my job isn't to impress you with how much I know.

My job is to know enough to help make your health simpler.

SHA may be for you if...

You know something needs to change, but you're tired of being the only person responsible for figuring out what.

You've tried things before—and you're willing to let us learn from what happened rather than automatically starting from scratch.

You want individualized support, not another one-size-fits-all hormone plan.

You're open to functional testing when it gives us information that can change our decisions.

You want to understand your body without obsessing over it.

You're willing to participate, communicate, ask questions, and actually use the support you're paying for.

You want health recommendations that can coexist with restaurants, vacations, children, careers, relationships, holidays, and being a human being.

And you're ready to give this enough time to do it differently.

SHA probably isn't the right fit if...

You're looking for one supplement to fix everything.

You want someone to guarantee a specific health outcome.

You want a rigid meal plan and someone policing whether you followed it perfectly.

Or you want to run every possible test simply because more data feels safer.

That's not how we work.

Your Complete SHA Experience

Six months of high-touch, multidisciplinary support + comprehensive functional testing.

Simply Healthy Academy
6 months of integrative health, strength + movement, and life + mindset coaching

PLUS

Comprehensive Functional Lab Package
OAT + HTMA + hormone testing

$875/month

Or $670/month for the program alone.

Your testing plan is finalized based on your individual case. If you already have recent useful testing, or I don't believe you need every test in the comprehensive package, we can adjust your testing and investment accordingly.

You are not paying for a course and some lab results.

You're investing in six months of people who have enough access, information, and time to help you do something useful with all of it.

Next cohort begins October 5th.

What Happens Next

Applying doesn't mean you have to figure this out before we talk.

1. Choose your call time.

Pick a time that works for you.

2. Complete the application questions.

This gives me enough context to understand what's been happening before we get on Zoom.

3. We'll talk.

We'll talk about what you're experiencing, what you've already tried, what support you're looking for, and what I think makes sense from here.

4. We'll decide together whether SHA fits.

This is a mutual-fit conversation.

If I don't think SHA is the right next step for you, I'll tell you.

And if we both think it is?

We'll get you enrolled and start building your plan.

Six months are going to pass either way.

You can spend them continuing to research, experiment, second-guess, and carry all of this yourself.

Or you can spend them with a team in your corner who has the time to know you, the tools to investigate what matters, and the support to help you actually implement what we learn.

You do not need to become better at making your health your entire life.

You deserve to feel good enough to go live it.
